Michele Nielsen, RN, MA, CCM, CRC, COHN-S, CPDM, CLCP, has been an RN for over 35 years, medical case manager for over 25 years, vocational rehabilitation counselor over 20 years, and life care planner over 15 years.
She ensures a high level of dedication, competency, and care with each of her cases. She is licensed to practice nursing in Oregon and Washington. She has testified in Circuit Court throughout Oregon, Federal Court, and Southwestern Washington State.
She has received national awards as Outstanding Rehabilitation Professional and Outstanding Rehabilitation Nurse.
